Farewell for Mission Four

Farewell for Mission Four

The Saturday before our farewell, we went to the temple with our family and then had lunch together at Daltons Restaurant!  Jessica represented the Craws when she flew in from Minneapolis to be there with us!
We were so glad to have all of our children together at our farewell on Sunday, October 15th!
After church, we gathered at our house for a late lunch.  The menu was Hawaiian (sort of) : Pork Barbecue on Hawaiian sweet rolls, fresh fruit, veggie plate, jello salad, potato salad, chips and coconut cupcakes and banana cake for dessert.

October 12th had been Lillian's 14th Birthday so of course we had to celebrate with a Happy  Birthday song and a cake!  Lillian has grown up to be such a lovely young lady - she is sweet, helpful, smart and kind!
We were so glad that Larry and Linda and Pam and Roger came!

Our Goodbye Dinner at Chuck-A-Rama

The grand kids love to eat at Chuck-A-Rama, so for our last meal together as a family before we left to go to SLC for our mission training, we decided to eat there.  We all gathered at noon and enjoyed being together to eat and then say our goodbyes!

 Cousins, cousins, cousins!
Alex was making funny faces again!

I love the guys in the background of these two photos (one known and one unknown)!
October 16th was Allison's Birthday, so they brought her a root beer float and we sang and celebrated!  I do love this oldest daughter of mine!

 London is always a favorite!
After we all ate way too much, we said our difficult goodbyes, (I hate that part!) and Allison drove us to the Raddison Hotel in Salt Lake City.
