Dancing through the Decades - Dance Recital

May and  June were busy months for us.  May 20, 2019 was "Dancing Through the Decades" - the spring recital for The Ridge Academy of Dance.  With 7 of our granddaughters and 1 grandson in the show, of course we wouldn't miss it!

Violet dances a duet with another student to "Alice VS. The Queen"
Dorothy danced a beautiful solo to "Waves" - she has become a graceful, and talented dancer! She took first place in the Competion Company Dance Competion in April this year!
Evie and Ruby danced and cheered to the "Nineties Remix"

Sareya, Dorothy and Lillian dance to Kabila 2250 BC.

Ella tap danced to "Gatsby" 1920's
Sareya, Dorothy and Lillian danced to "Phantom" 1900's
These 3 young ladies are beautiful and graceful dancers!

Lillian and Dorothy

The Grand Finale - "Back to the Future" with the entire dance company!

Dorothy and Lillian were honored as this was their last recital with The Ridge Dance Company. Dorothy will be a cheerleader next year and Lillian will be on the drill team - we are so proud of both of them!
All of our dancing stars plus Kyra
 The Woidka dancers
The Thomas Family dancers minus Preston  - where was he?
Last but not least Sareya Mickelsen with mom and dad and grandma and grandpa!
It was a well organized and beautifully performed recital and of course(for us) our grand kids were the stars!!
