We gathered at Tricia and James' house for a Mexican themed dinner for Mother's Day. The cousins enjoyed their noisy, crazy and fun time together. Of course we wished that Adam, Jessica, Gigi, Conrad and Hailey could have been there too! These gatherings are precious family times that we missed while we were in Russia. It was a truly Happy Mother's Day!

Everyone looks so good. Nice job, Kyra! I'm glad you had a fun Mother's Day.
ReplyDeleteI'm so happy you get to be close to your family. How nice of Tricia to be the hostess. Looks like a fun Mickelsen get together.
ReplyDeleteLooks like a fun time with yummy food. Sad we missed it!
ReplyDeleteWhat a great blessing to live around family! You never know how much it truly changes your outlook until you've lived far away and miss out on everything. Happy Mother's Day to you!
ReplyDeleteIt was so fun!! Thanks for bringing half of dinner!
ReplyDeleteLooks fun! Happy Mother's Day to you and all those mothers.
ReplyDeleteI can't think of a better way to spend mother's day. How fun!
ReplyDeleteHow fun that you have so many of your kids and grand kids nearby. Violet's eyes are so pretty!
ReplyDeleteRoger and I spent Mother's Day on the road to Arizona to babysit Ryan and Emily's 3 youngest while they went on a hike/raft trip in the Grand Canyon with Emily's family and to help Stacy pack and haul loads to their rental in Mesa. They sold their home after 2 days on the market and have to be out by may 31! They needed help!
ReplyDeleteAnyway, I kind of missed the traditional stuff, but we were in the arms of loved ones by 10 that night and we had a fabulous Mother's Day program at church.
I'm so happy you get to have your family around you, Patty - and such a wonderful one you have!
What a fun Mother's Day! Is there any better way to spend it than with family? You're grandkids are so cute, I'm glad you got to visit with them.
